Spark CNC chair fits even in the smallest CNC machines like ShapeokoX-CarveWorkBee and Onefinity and other wood routers.

It’s a CNC furniture plan that is easy to make alone, with a family or for boosting a furniture making business.

16″ by 32″ (40×80 cm) and 24″ by 24″ (60×60 cm) layouts available. Simply multiply those for larger machines.

Materials list:

  • 4′ by 4′ sheet of 3/4″ plywood ( 2440 x 1220 x 18 mm)
  • 8′ by 5/16” threaded rod (2000 x 8 mm)
  • Eight sets of 5/16” (8mm) cap nuts and washers
  • Wood glue
  • Sand paper

Tools:

  • Clamps or a brad nail gun
  • Sander + sand paper
  • Hack saw/grinder
